The Chase Lake Foundation, a non-profit organization headquartered in Medina, ND, was established in 1989 as the grassroots catalyst for development of the North American Prairie Wetlands Interpretive Center. It provides a local voice for people and groups committed to seeking solutions  to wetlands and agricultural issues through education and partnerships. The Foundation's board of directors includes farmers and ranchers, wildlife and wetlands managers, water managers, business people and local representatives.

Our Mission

The North American Prairie Wetlands Interpretive Center will foster an understanding and appreciation for our natural resources through an educational showcase that demonstrates coexistence of wildlife, agriculture and the benefits they provide for all people.
